HOW DO I BOOK?
You can book via phone on +447718 424535 or via our booking system located on the menu tab under "Book Appointment".
DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT OR CAN I WALK-IN?
We offer an appointment only service, please head to the "Book Appointment" tab to make a booking.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT THE BEAUTY STANDARD OVER OTHER BEAUTY SALONS?
We pride ourselves on attention to detail, listening to and consulting carefully with our clients. We aim to deliver services of the highest standard and in order to achieve this we give ample time for each treatment and only use high quality, carefully selected products.
WHAT COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
The Treatment Room and any tools used are thoroughly deep cleaned between each client. This is to ensure the highest levels of hygiene are maintained.
DO YOU ONLY OFFER TREATMENTS IN THE TREATMENT ROOM?
No, we offer a Home & Away service, please refer to our "About Us"Â page to learn more.
WHERE IS THE TREATMENT ROOM LOCATED?
The Treatment Room is located in Waddington, Lincoln. A full address will be provided with your booking confirmation.
IS THERE FREE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes there is free parking available for The Treatment Room.
DOES THE TREATMENT ROOM HAVEÂ WIFI
Yes, free Wifi is available upon request.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR THE MOBILE TREATMENT?
I will travel as far as required but a small fee may be added depending on distance.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently only accept BACs (Bank Transfer) or Cash.
DO YOU OFFER BOTH MALE AND FEMALE MASSAGES
Unfortunately we only offer female massages.
CAN I HAVE A MASSAGE WHILST PREGNANT?
Yes, however you must be in at least your second trimester. Please consult with your GP prior to booking if you have any concerns.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes! All products used are vegan friendly.
WHY DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?
To ensure you don't have any allergic reactions to the products used. Patch tests where required are preferred to be conducted in the salon in advance of the appointment. However, patch tests can be provided with The Mobile Treatment on some occasions, for more details please get in touch.
